REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all memberships, subscriptions, event registrations, services, and purchases made through 11X Club.

11X Club is a premium membership and wealth-building ecosystem owned and operated by CrazyAssets Realtors Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing any membership, subscription, event ticket, or service through 11X Club, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership fees are charged for immediate access to:

  • Member resources

  • Exclusive content

  • Networking opportunities

  • Community access

  • Member benefits

  • Events and experiences

  • Proprietary frameworks and educational materials

Because access to these benefits may be provided immediately upon successful payment:

All Membership Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable.

Once membership access has been activated, no refund shall be due solely because:

  • The member chooses not to use the membership.

  • The member is unable to attend events.

  • The member changes their mind.

  • The member is dissatisfied with opportunities available.

  • The member does not achieve desired business or investment outcomes.

3. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Members may request cancellation of future membership renewals by contacting us before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation of membership will:

  • Stop future renewals.

  • Not affect the current membership period already paid for.

  • Not entitle the member to any refund of fees already paid.

Membership benefits shall continue until the end of the active membership period.

4. EVENT REGISTRATIONS

Certain events organized by 11X Club may require separate registration fees.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Event registrations are non-refundable.

However, at the sole discretion of 11X Club:

  • Registration may be transferred to another event.

  • Credit may be provided for future events.

  • Alternate attendance arrangements may be offered.

5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In the event of:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Multiple charges for the same purchase

  • Technical payment gateway errors

The excess amount shall be refunded after verification.

Refunds for duplicate payments typically take:

7–15 business days

depending on banking and payment gateway processes.

6. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If payment is deducted but membership is not activated:

  1. The member should contact support.

  2. Transaction details will be verified.

  3. Membership will be activated or the payment will be refunded if the transaction is unsuccessful.

7. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS

Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances including:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Technical failures attributable to the Company

  • Regulatory requirements under applicable law

Approval of any such refund shall remain solely at the discretion of CrazyAssets Realtors Private Limited.

8. CHARGEBACKS

Members agree to contact 11X Club before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Membership access may be suspended immediately.

  • Member benefits may be revoked.

  • The Company reserves the right to recover any outstanding dues and associated costs.

9. PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Processing may take between 7 and 30 business days depending on banks and payment gateways.

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or financial institutions.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

11X Club provides:

  • Networking opportunities

  • Business opportunities

  • Educational resources

  • Investment insights

  • Strategic guidance

Membership does not guarantee:

  • Financial gains

  • Business growth

  • Investment returns

  • Partnerships

  • Funding

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Profitability

Accordingly, dissatisfaction arising from the absence of expected outcomes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
