By accessing the website, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All fees displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay and other approved providers.

The Company reserves the right to revise membership pricing at any time.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that immediate access may be provided to:

Accordingly:

Membership Fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of 11X Club and CrazyAssets Realtors Private Limited.

Any approved refund may take up to 30 business days for processing.

7. EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES

11X Club may organize:

No refunds shall be provided in such cases.

  • Presentations

  • Documents

  • Frameworks

  • Training materials

  • Strategies

  • Event recordings

remain the exclusive property of CrazyAssets Realtors Private Limited.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Members may gain access to:

Such information shall be treated as confidential.

Members agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the Club without prior written permission.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

11X Club does not guarantee the quality, performance, legality, safety, or outcome of any third-party service.

Any dealings between members and third parties are solely at the member's risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11X Club and CrazyAssets Realtors Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Special damages

The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the membership fees paid by the member during the preceding twelve (12) months.

14. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate membership immediately if:

  • Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Conduct damages the reputation of the Club.

  • Membership fees remain unpaid.

Termination may result in immediate revocation of access to all member benefits.

15. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by the 11X Club Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

11X Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
